Jack Matthew Aistrup, 9, Paola, died June 28, 2009, at the West Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kan. He was born May 4, 2000, in Great Bend, Kan., to Greg and Kendra Meng Aistrup. He moved to Paola when he was 4, and he was a student at Lakemary Center in Paola. He was a very happy and enthusiastic child and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Paola. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Meng. Survivors are his parents, Greg and Kendra Aistrup of Paola; brothers, Ben and Seth, and sister, Rachel, all of the home; and grandparents, Rex and Toni Aistrup of Spearville, Kan., and Betty Meng of Kingman, Kan. He will be dearly missed by his family. Services were Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, followed by burial in Holy Cross Cemetery. Arrangements were by Penwell-Gabel Paola Chapel, 305 N.
